Avenue

Today, I went to Avenue to purchase some pants during my lunch hour. My time is limited and I have to use it wisely. I selected some pants and a blouse and went to check out. There was a lady in front of me and one behind me and a very sweet lady at the register. She called another clerk to help. The lady she ask to help was just doing busy work straightening etc., and her answer to the yourng lady behind the register was no. I saw 3 clerks, of which only one was checking out customers. I thought she was rude to her co worker, and I found her to be offensive to me. I returned the clothing to the clothes rack and left because my lunch hour was just about over and the sales clerk obviously was too busy straightening garments. I know my purchase was only under $50 this time, but they have now lost all my furture business and the money I would have spent. What a shame - I have spent alot of my money at that location in the past and really liked their clothing. What ever happened to customers come first, then busy work when there is time?
