Portage House Motel

I was very satisfied with the clean and comfortable bed at the Portage House Motel. I think that the owners do a really good job, it is a well run motel. I was absolutely satisfied in all aspects, it is the only place in the area I will ever stay at.

Do you like the smell of Aunt Nellie's underwear drawer? Do you like a room with furnishings cast of from a mobile home? Do you like to sleep on a single pillow that's flat as a pancake? Or sheets that look and feel like they've already been slept on? How about thread bare towels? With NO towel bar, or anywhere to hang them even if you did dare to use them?Then this is the place for you!

I could go on, but frankly, I'm trying to forget! I vowed I'd try to save someone else from a night of tossing and turning, sleeping on top of their own clothing to keep from touching anything in this wretched "motel".
