        I had an appointment with them I scheduled about a month early. 2 days prior to my appointment I called to make sure everything was ok and the lady said it was. Two days after my confirmation call, I get there and she said the lady that was going to do my work was not in and they tried contacting me. WELL, I requested to leave 2 hours early at my job, paid tolls and gas to get there (from portland area) and they must of had my information when I made the appointment so needless to say, I did not reschedule and an NOT impressed with this place at all.

        Cassiel's is just a treasure. You would never know from its low-key exterior, but this salon offers all of the features of a Portland spa. Nikki does an amazing job - and the range of services is surprising! They offer a number of high quality beauty products, bare minerals, biolage, and dermatologie. You do not have to wait two weeks for an appointment and they are so very obliging that it is a pleasure to go there. Highly recommend.
