Mountain Top Tree Service

He was recommended to us by the gentleman I purchased an Amish built pre-fab garage from. The site prep required two 80+ foot tall tulip poplars very close to my and my neighbors homes be cut down.



He arrived when he said he would, did the work we agreed upon, and cleaned up when he was complete. The price was fair and reasonable.



I would highly recommend him.

I was provided an estimate between X and X amounts and told that it includes the chipping of the sticks and branches and cutting the tree into rounds. When the guy returned to do the work about 3 weeks later he must have forgotten what he said he'd do because I have 3 massive piles of branches and sticks left over (and I had to make those piles my self) and none of the tree was cut into rounds. Oh, he did remember the highest quote he gave me though, and that's what he charged. If you're bold enough to use this fella be sure to get the quote and scope of work in writing or be prepared for a lot (a whole lot) of cleaning up.

These guys are terrible! They won't take payment after their service, because they overbill you later. They billed us for 4 hours service, over $100 more than their estimate, which included 20 minute smoke breaks after each tree and a 1 hour pizza break. The owner is a blithering idiot and I guess so am I for paying these aholes.
