Premium Cabinet Wholesalers

UPDATED REVIEW: 17 weeks have passed since we gave Premium Cabinets our $8,000+ check for cabinets. We still have no cabinets and have not gotten our money back. When we paid last year we were told we'd have cabinets in 6-8 weeks. After not being able to get a straight answer from Premium Cabinets on what exactly the hold-up was, we contacted Waypoint Manufacturing directly and found our cabinets had never been ordered last year and our check was used by Premium Cabinets to pay for another customer's bill. Unbelievably, four weeks ago, Art and Suzanne with Premium Cabinets told us to go ahead and gut our kitchen as "cabinets will be delivered Friday." They allowed us to demolish our kitchen even though they KNEW our cabinets had not even been ordered yet and they no longer had our money to pay for them anyhow. We, unfortunately, are now among the many customers who were conned - though Premium once had a good reputation, customers doing business with them from last fall until now are finding themselves without cabinets and without their money.

In the past Premium Cabinets did come recommended - that is how we decided to use them. Unfortunately, the business has done a complete turnaround for the worse. It is simply not the case at the moment that Premium Cabinets should be trusted.

Like so many other people, I started looking for cabinets at the big box stores. I was frustrated with the pricing and the lack of service so I started looking outside these chains for options. I am so happy I did!

Premium Cabinet Wholesalers has great looking, high-quality cabinets at lower costs than any other place I looked (and I do my homework!). They supported me throughout the process, came out to take measurements and supported me even after the sale when my son accidentally broke a cabinet door a few years later. They had a replacement door to me within a week.
