The mission of the Leominster Fire-Rescue Department is to safeguard its citizens by providing quality emergency fire, rescue and emergency medical services. The department makes every effort to maintain a fire fighting force capable of handling structural fires, hazardous materials incidents, incidents of terrorism, medical and rescue incidents, as well as any other catastrophic event that may occur. These efforts are combined with a proficient and proactive fire prevention program that includes public education, code enforcement and systems engineering. The Leominster Fire-Rescue Department is headquartered in Leominster, Mass.
