My furnace service was a breeze. It all went well and took no time at all. The system works a hundred times better and I am a very satisfied customer.

A very timely team arrived at 8:15am to install my A/C and furnace. They were done and gone by 2:45. True story, Great company.

I smelled gas by our furnace downstairs and I called these guys. They were nice over the phone and told me about some things I could check but I asked for someone to come out and look at it. The tech did come out an hour later and said there was a loose fitting that need to be tightened. He did that and told me to have a great day, no charge. I was so thankful and I will always use them for anything I need.

The Shawnee Heating & Cooling technician came to perform routine, annual checkup and cleaning. He found CO2 levels too high and cracks in our furnace unit. He explained everything, turned off the gas for our safety & promptly put us in touch with a salesperson. The salesperson was prompt, informative, presented several options and saw that the new furnace and upgraded heat pump were quickly installed. I am very satisfied with the whole process & all of the people.

I actually chose Shawnee Heating & Cooling over the less expensive installer. I was willing to pay extra to have Shawnee install for me, and the quality speaks wonders.
