I had water damage to kitchen. Robert came by next day to look over problem and gave and estiment to repair damage. Hinds Construction helped to deal with the insurance company. I recommend this company to repair or remodel. They did a fantastic job on out kitchen repair and a few upgrades.

I was very very disappointed with this company. The lady in the front office is very very rude. I was originally told it would be 2 weeks before I got my estimate but after 4 weeks and never hearing from them I finally called to find out what the problem was and was just told that they were behind but wouldn't tell me how far behind. They had 10 estimates to do. If there is one person doing the estimates they could do one a day and should have been done in 10 days. Thus the 2 weeks. How long does it take to do an estimate? That is all I was asking for. They send the estimate to you through e-mail but never asked for my e-mail until I called them. Because I asked questions about time and amount she got very angry and rude. All I wanted was an estimate. How hard is that? Couldn't they have at least called me to tell me it was going to take longer than they expected.
