Francisco came to my house, and after walking the yard gave me a slightly high quote. We agreed and shook hands on the deal.When he was supposed to arrive to begin work, he called me and informed me he had decided that the work was worth $200 more! Talk about Bait and Switch! I believe he felt that because I was in a hurry trying to meet a deadline he could extort an additional $200 out of me. I told him to honor his quote, I would not pay him extra. (Which would have made his quote very expensive!) He never showed up. Stay away from this guy, he is not worth his words!
