If I would have a chance I would give them negative rating. It is such a shame that they even still have an open business. They messed up all our insurances, some of our properties were not insured at all because they did not submit required information, they did not put the right billing address, so when they sent the refund, they sent it somewhere else. It took us around a month to get organize everything and figure out all the policies we had with them, and we finally transferred everything to another agent. Unfortunately for us, they still sent us bills, so I called them and ask why they still doing that, I was told that I shoukd disregard any bill, and they will not send me any more bills. Ha, I got bill from collection company that I owe them money for the month I transfered everything. So as a final note, please do not go to this agency unless you want to pay for something you should not, plus better check if you actually have active policy.
