        Went for consult for a procedure. What a joke! It was basically to milk the insurance. I had questions but was told not to worry- they were really busy that day so I was brushed off. The day of prep, I woke up feeling horrible but attempted to drink 2 gallons of liquid anyway. I had some questions so I called at 10:30 am. Lisa answered the phone sounding half asleep & not concerned at all when I asked to speak with a dr. She said she would have “someone” call me back. Waited all day, no phonecall. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & very uncaring. Wouldn’t take my dog there!
