Door Installation/Replacement
Who says little can’t be nice? These homeowners adapted our Sawgrass I plan to fit their budget. But this home still features tile flooring throughout, Mantra cabinets, subway tile backsplash, granite countertops and impact windows and doors.

Room Additions
New Construction
The Nana Model is our latest offering in Southwest Florida new home construction. We spent a few years trying to find the right floor plan that says, “Olde Florida” – and not just look like Key West or the beach, but a house you would find somewhere in the Pines of Florida.
Sunrooms
The only thing left untouched in this house was the pool. The interior was completely gutted. A front porch with steel columns was added to the front. In one of the bedrooms, a bump-out was built to create a platform for a queen size bed, creating plenty of room to play and grow. An oversized laundry room was added onto the other side of the house and the sun room was enclosed to add additional living square footage.

Window Installation/Replacement
Our Sawgrass II floor plan fit the bill for what they were looking for. Plus, unlike a lot of other builders, we’ll give you choices. These homeowners elected to have the beam raised for 8′ to 9’4″. We add stone to the front of the exterior. All windows and doors were upgraded to impact. Black door hardware and light fixtures were swapped out for the standard chrome.
Siding
The old vinyl siding was replaced with board & batten and stacked stone. The roof line had to be cut back in multiple places to allow for the placement of new trusses for the additions. The new metal roof gives it a seamless, clean look as if the additions had always been there.
Porches
In the pursuit of this vision, we turned to a folder of old floor plans that my Nana & her sister had saved for years from Southern Living Magazine. It’s from their 40+ years collections that we drew inspiration for our newest model. Displaying the classic Southern architecture that they loved – large front porches, room for family and friends to gather and socialize, and even a fire place if you want one (which is not so rare in FL).
