Lansdowne Cleaners

Update: Services were not rendered as promised. Dresses were not hemmed properly. They are still entirely too long for a 5ft 1inch frame and are now uneven! See photos. Disputed!!!

I did not have any service done at lansdowne cleaners @ 19401 Promenade Drive ,Leesburg,VA and never will. I did witness a cx being charged $114 for 6 shirts. He was not happy. Also I witness what my daughter went through with these people to refund half of the total bill of $208 . They kept making excuses, lying stating other cleaners in the plaza would have charged $75 apiece for a bsic hem. Went to the other cleaner just 4 min away and they quoted $24 to $30 range. As a matter of fact a seamstress who works at lansdowne cleaners was shocked that my daughter was charged $52 apiece to hem a dress. She said the price should be $24. The spokesperson of the place had advise us to come back and said manager would be there and said I am sure she will be willing to refund the money. Of coursed we were lied to. They are a crooked greedy grabbing money hungry rip off joint....PlEASE STAY AWAY...THEY WILL BANKRUPT YOU.
