        Exceptionally professional first contact through website (late night) where auto-responder was in my inbox within minutes and a live-person call came first thing the next morning. That day a rep was scheduled and when running behind, he called way ahead of time and then he texted before he came. WOW, very nice. (Brad) relieved our fears of taking care of our problem and told us exactly what would occur and it did. The next day our rep, Dave came and explained the procedure to us and assured us that we would be happy. Super thrilled that rep was clean cut and friendly and felt safe and secure with him and even looking forward to next visit. After having a nice-guy but somewhat questionable bug man who never solved our issues AT ALL, this was such a welcome and refreshing first time experience. Noticed improvement the NEXT day and now about a week later, we are thrilled with the results! Professional and effective, YOU WIN for making this discerning and tough Momma happy. THANK YOU!!
