        Rented a space from the Just Box It on Babb Drive. When we took our stuff someone's boat was already there. Management said no one was supposed to be in that space. Gave us another space and someone had stuff in it as well. Kept giving us the run-around about moving the stuff from the space that we rented. After over 24 hours with no results we asked for a complete refund.

        I have had my entire house in storage for 3 months, bc I had to stay with a sick family member for a while... Decided to gety mattress out and found that I had rodents in my storage unit... May even possibly have a rodent(s) living in my matress... A $600 temper pedic matress... I am beyond disgusted and highly upset... They advertise clean storage units... Rodents should not be able to get inside... Period.

        One star is too much for this place. They will auction your items without giving the proper notice . Not to mention the smart mouth receptionist, what a turn off!

        The ladies at Just Box It are always so nice when I go in. Their storage is clean and well maintained. I feel like my things are really safe there.
