The salesman interacted with the insurance company on my behalf, the work was done in 1 day, the clean up was thorough, and they left me with a lifetime warranty and a beautiful new roof. Heartland was great! They gave me the best estimate, no pressure to sign, put on a beautiful roof and gave me a lifetime warranty. I have already recommended my neighbors.

Job was well done, roof looks great, however the workers did not finish in one day (not a problem) and did not clean entirely the place around the house as promised in the initial talk I had with the sale person ( he promised everyday clean up I n case the work must be done for more than one day). Also, I had to request few times a magnetic sweep of the yard, because I saw nails even though the workers said they did the sweep. Even after the jobs was finished I still found nails. The BIGGEST PROBLEM, I saw a worker to urinate on the side wall of the house, over the bushes. I told the sales person about that and he said it should not have happened at all, but did not offer his apology. I found out that the sale person never told the office management about the incident. When I called later the sale person said that the worker was fired but again never offer an apology. Is he really fired I do not know. I still feel disgusted and mad about that. I feel as my house was violated and desecrated.
