        Does anyone know where we get our kids medical records from now that they've closed? Capstone only has my son's records up til 2007.

        cenntennial was bought by capstone pediatrics and has gone way way way down hill ever since..they closed their Mount Juliet office shortly after switching to Capstone and DID NOT call to let us know when we had a doctor's appointment coming up. We had to call them to find out this information. Then they tell us we have to go to the Lebanon location and that they do not have the necessary vaccines for my childs 5yr checkup which means she will not be able to start kindergarten. She stated they only have those vaccines available to tenncare patients . Now I am calling to request a my childs medical records to switch providers and keep being put on hold for several minutes. What a disorganized place with a very unprofessional staff.
