good price and fast delivery, was delivered within two weeks of ordering.
after service sucks, setup guy ran out of blocks and didn't have the tie downs. Several calls and emails later I had to drive down to the shop to get their attention. Soon after Matt called and set up for his guys to finish and fix the problems. I had 16' spans on the walls, a door with a window when I ordered solid door, and missing tie downs. Now remember this is a 32' by 14' shop/shed/garage with 12" on center flooring and they installed 15" tie downs what a waste of money, I can pull one out by hand. The door they where supposed to replace is still there as the replacement was wrong and it took me to point it out. it was to thin therefore could not close/latch. Unfortunately the guy butchered the striker plate area trying to get it to latch. They did install extra footing blocks but they where various different blocks and look terrible. some had flat surfaces others had textured surfaces. The worst thing was the left rear corner was 5 single blocks tall and the setup guy and Matt both said they would make it double but of course both "ran out of bricks" before getting to it. Since then my text messages have gone un answered unlike before he would answer even late at night.

I don't recommend them or even the metal roofing company that works out of the same building as they never called me with a roofing estimate.

We purchased a 14x32 building from black's .We asked for different windows than what they offered. They went to Home Depot and got the windows we wanted. The building was badly damaged during delivery. Mr. Black came out the same day and assured us it would be made right. That Monday they were there early and repaired it perfectly. My daughter bought a 12x32 building from Black's and is very happy with the building and the service. Black's buildings is absolutely the best deal on a building around.
