Useless service company. They got an attitude problem, the attitude is the hell with you. They do not pick up if there is 1/2 inch of snow but everything else goes on as usual as should. Then the next week comes and on trash day there is a little freezing rain that only affects trees. Roads are fine. They don't pick up again. Their own web site states if weather is bad pick up will be after conditions improve. It's a crock, they just don't pick up period. If three weeks go by w/o trash pick up at all then we do not need this useless company and will cancel first business day. If you are looking for a disposal company don't get this one. We are going to do our own and save the money.

Bought our first house, set up trash pick up with this company. After 2 days of being active customers (had not utilized their services yet at this point), I called and canceled our service due to not needing it. I get a $10 bill a month later, called to ask why this was..was told it was an error and would be taken care of. 2 more months later I get another bill for $16, call again. Was told there were a couple pickups, and I didn't call until January to cancel my service. Funny thing is, not sure who's trash they picked up and from where..we have never set trash out. Then stated my call in January was to get my online pass code to pay bill...why would I call to pay for service I never used? Especially when you said I didn't cancel until january..but yet had called to get my online acct info....for an account I didn't have. $16 might not seem like much, but it's the fact of the matter. Either they have extremely incompetent employees or they are a company that scams customers by trying to defend hidden fees

God forbid there is inclement weather one day. We had snow on Wednesday which is collection day for us. The logical thing to do is collect Wednesday on Thursday, and so on. This is the procedure when there is a holiday. But no, they are not collecting ours for two weeks, while the Thursday and Friday routes were run on time. When the office was asked about this the attitude was "sorry, but you'll just have to wait". There was no offer of refunding a week of our payment either. Not a smart way to handle your customers, is it?

This company is great! These guys go above and beyond. 1 time I had some loose trash laying out within about 10-20 feet of our trash bin and our trash man actually took the time to pick it up for us and take it with him. Another time our trash bin blew over and trash bags were laying everywhere and our trash man took the time to pick them all up and take them anyway.

the lady that takes care of the billing there is awful. she acts like she owns the world. she owns a trash company, thats all.

For the past 3 months I have had nothing but bad experiences with this business. If you enjoy being bullied and given the run around, go ahead, use them. I had absolutely no service from them and ended up with a $70 bill. I was called a liar and told it was my fault by the owner. I have 2 words for this business: CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
