In the same way that residential construction has unique needs, commercial does as well. From the importance of an accurate job estimate, to the necessity of staying on schedule, not to mention the importance of staying "open" if you are having your current building remodeled. We have found that planning is key to the success of any project.

We can incorporate a style of sunroom to be open to the breezes of spring and summer and closed for the comfort of warmth in fall and winter with still being able to enjoy that remarkable view of the trees blooming or the changing of the colors before the trees go to sleep for the winter.

Window Installation/Replacement
With the rising costs of natural gas and electricity, windows and door are being designed to be even more energy efficient. Windows are being built of vinyl and wood with metal and vinyl-clad exteriors to eliminate painting. Ninety-five percent of windows tilt in to clean and come with full screens. Standard features include thermal insulated glass, low-e for ultra violet ray reflection, and blinds between the glass. If your energy bills are continuing to climb it might be time to think about a long term investment with new energy efficient windows or siding. We became a local distributor for one of the largest vinyl window manufactures in the country to helps keep costs down for you, our customer. We carry samples of wood and vinyl window products - give us a call if you would like to discuss a project.
Decks
When it comes to deck construction, we've found that only the best supplies are worth using. We would never think of using untreated lumber. Treated lumber, often rough or smooth cedar, seems to be the most popular, with composite decking materials coming in at a close second. Some decks use a combination of treated lumber and composite materials. We always use screws(not nails) due to the durability and strength. After the treated lumber has cured (about three months) we can stop by and apply a long-lasting coat of sealant. Sealing decks is similar to house painting: we don't use spray machines but have found the tried and true method of brushes and rollers to provide longer-lasting results.
Siding
There comes a time when we have all said, "I'm tired of this old siding. It just won't hold paint anymore." Or, "If I have to take these storm windows off one more time..."

We, with customer input, have designed and built many enclosed porches and 4-season rooms: from very simple to very lavish. This enables you to still enjoy all the sounds and sights of outside without being eaten alive.
