David's American Eagle Homes

We hired David back in July of 2007. He asked for the money to buy the materials, and a small deposit for the job, and we were nieve enough to give it to him. Since we cut him a check, he has consistently lied to us. He did not perform any of the contracted work until December of 07!!!! He only did that work after I began to file a small claims action against him. As of today, he has partially completed the job that we contractually agreed upon, and is once again giving me a run around of excuses about why he can not finish the work. I am so sick of having to deal with this contractor. Hopefully, he will finish installing the five windows that are needed to finish the work, and I can wash my hands of this guy. I would strongly recomend that you not deal with him, as he is not trustworthy, and he the quality of his work is barely passable.
