Was a horrible service provided paid for new parts he put used parts on central air-conditioning unit sloppy wiring neglected to do a complete system check tried to call him back out said he would be here within the hour six hours later called him again he said if I call again he will not show up in this was due at my mothers house

I had AirTex come and make a repair to my A/C unit and it was a great experience. It is never good that the A/C does not cool but even worse in 100+ degree days.They are very customer focused and will work with the customer to meet their needs and not try and sell you a whole new system because it is easier than troubleshooting. They replaced my evaporator and I am cooling better than ever now. Thanks Guys! Great Job! Great Price!

I have called several a/c companies and the all said i need a new unit. Then when Airtex came to look at the a/c they said the same thing, but because of thier prompt and courtious service I bought the unit from them. Airtex did a great job installing the unit and was the cheapest out of all the other companies. I would recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks again Airtex.

I had a problem with my air cooling, called airtex and the owner was very helpful and sent someone out asap. I was impressed with the answers I was given and approximate costs over the phone since other companies I called would not really give you any answers on the phone, you would have to have someone come out for that. The air was up and running in not time and was very affordable! would definately call Airtex again.

These guys were hands down the best service call I've had for anything since living in Houston for 5 years. They actually showed up early and were very professional and friendly. They got to work immediatley upon arrival. They serviced both my A/Cs. They cleaned them, fixed a standing water problem I had in one of the pans, and checked the pressure in the outside units. They even left and went to the hardware store for something at one point. They worked for close to 3 hours. I was expecting sticker shock when they got done. They only charged me for the price of a service call! Good Lord!! I nearly fell passed out on the floor. He said since the units were really that dirty and the pan was an easy fix he would just charge the service call price. I will be calling these guys for ALL my future heat/air service. Outstanding work guys.
