Excellent response time, Steve, the technician, was informative, professional and efficient. He found the problem immediately. Last month, I had switched to a new air filter that was too fine for my furnace, restricting air flow. I'm very happy I called Smedley's.

My furnace went out late at night, and I called first thing in the morning and they sent out someone right away. He was so kind and understanding and certainly did not pressure me to buy the most expensive one in fact he told me that for my home, it would be overkill!

They responded quickly when my furnace was not working properly. They did not rush the job, did a great job. Glad to have heat again!

Installed our A/C and furance and more recently, came out to fix a broken pipe. The service was great wach time and the installers were professional. Friendly and helpful in answering any question we had. With the A/C and furnace installation, they took care of utility rebates without any need for us to follow up. The customer service is great, they follow up on their work, and the salesperson we dealt with for our A/C and furnace was easy to work with and not pushy. Definitely returing in the future.

I've had Smedley's come fix an old Lennox heater a few times as well as some plumbing issues. Always on time, courteous and helpful in explaining. My first call to them was after watching another company try and fix the furnace for 2 weeks without success. Smedley's showed up and had the heat on in just over 2 hours. Never had any issues with their work and always recommend them to friends and family.

I was nervous about being taken advantage of due to my ignorance. But on the contrary, the technician did only the work that was needed, and even fixed and did not charge something he mistakenly bumped and nudged out of place when my cat brushed up against his leg. He could have easily charged me and I wouldn’t have known the difference. Smedley is my new favorite.

I want to thank you guys for your quick response and helping me out! The technician was awesome and fixed the water line right away. It was the same guy that came out last time too. This is why we only stick with you. Thank you!

Last Saturday I awoke and discovered our furnace was not working. My husband suggested we call Smedley’s for service. The service technician arrived within a half hour and had my furnace up and running in less than an hour. He was great! He even wore booties on his feet while in my house. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Smedley’s for all your heating and air conditioning needs. In today’s world it is hard to find companies that value customer service. Smedley’s has it in spades!

Smedley's has always been fantastic, and have 3 generations of experience. We have really seen a lot of savings during the summers with the new AC.
