Americarpets installed carpet and lvt in my home, they were great to work with, our flooring is fantastic and the service was exceptional, i will use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs new flooring

They left a mess and still haven't fixed it



In our opinion Americarpets of Layton is the worst. It's been almost one year and our flooring from the time of install has been a mess, with over 200 areas of flooring coming up. They are unresponsive, and when we do get word from them it's "we're working on making it right." Well it's been almost a year, our basement is still unusable as we wait to have the entire flooring taken out and replaced, and they still haven't followed through. Their word is meaningless...
