The Hair Color Salon

I decided to try out this salon due to the fact that I live within a mile. I brought my two nieces (6 & 9) in to get their hair trimmed. I left nearly in tears.



Aside from two butchered haircuts, my other complaints would be feeling as though I was not listened to and lack of professionalism shown by the hair stylist after the fact.



My 9 year old niece told me several things after we left that were disturbing. While washing her hair the hair stylist said, "I'm new, so if anything is wrong you can't get mad" and while cutting her hair she told her "I'm gonna give you a haircut that is popular in Spain"...clearly missing my request for a simple trim.



After I expressed that I was not satisfied with the haircuts the hairstylist told me she knows how to cut hair because she cut hair in LA and that she cuts teenagers hair all the time.



After all was said and done, I paid $40 and left extremely unhappy. But, don't worry I was told I could get a free cut when I come back...which will be never. Very unhappy with the service as well as the customer service.
