Primrose School of Lawrenceville North

I love this school for my girls. The instructors are great and the leadership is also great! Worth it!

All three of my babies have attended the Primrose School of Lawrenceville North since they were 6 weeks of age. They are now 10, 7, and 2. Having my most prized possessions attend this school was and still is the best educational decision for my children and family. Way to go Primrose School of Lawrenceville North! You Rock!!!

Does not deserve even a single star! During Summer camp, many events that they promised to offer did not happen. The activities were geared towards smallest kids, while older kids were bored and not engaged. In addition to that, safety became one of my major concerns!!! I came to pick up my child, but her group was running late from a field trip. While I was standing in the school's driveway and watching the school's bus coming back from a field trip, the driver stopped behind a car which appeared to be hesitant to make right turn. Instead of safely waiting for the car to move, the school bus driver bi-passed the car by entering the oncoming traffic line... with children in the bus!!! outrageous!!! Makes me just wander what else happens within or outside the school while parents are not watching. Looks like this school is out there with a single purpose of money collection without putting much of effort and neglecting the safety of the entrusted children!!!

I'm so glad to have my children out of Primrose Lawrenceville North - they are now in an amazing daycare a few miles away with a caring/loving/active director and teachers who are so hands on (FOR LESS $$$$). When my daughter was accepted into the GA Prek inclusion program, we told the assistant director we were putting in our notice and she neglected to let Felicia know. She of course quit, and Felicia just over drew our bank account by $500, one week before Christmas. Because of her lack of open communication with her staff, my family gets penalized. Merry Christmas Hines family - we will get our money back.

See below reviews , we left in August we gave a verbal noticed to the directors more then a month prior to that date and they assured that we are good to go.



The directors (both of them, together) were fired or quit (not sure) but since that the owner is claiming that we did not follow the 30 days written notice.

This is a pattern in this place and i feel bad for the lovely teachers, but this conduct is unacceptable and even qualified as FRAUD !

Enrolling my daughter in Primrose Lawrenceville North was the worst decision we ever made. These people do not care about Children or their parents and as one other reviewers stated, they have no respect for the families that attend their school. I 2nd the reviewer below that the change in personnel (i.e. the new director) probably caused this day care to go down hill. However, Felicia the owner takes NO responsibility for her day care as she has another career outside of the school. My 9 month old daughter (then 8 months) was very ill 3 times in the only month she attended PLN. She was never sick at her previous daycare Creme de la Creme in Alpharetta. They do not properly notify parents in writing that there are serious illnesses going around the school per state regulations. It was not surprising my daughter was so sick as I discovered that the toys she was playing with were covered in food and filthy...first thing in the morning after I was told they were cleaned every night. When we brought up our concerns and withdrew our child from Felicia's facility, she said she was conducting an "investigation" and would follow up with us regarding waiving the 30 day notice we were supposed to give. Well, we never heard back and these people tried to take money out of our account without permission 2 times. One of the times they were actually trying to invoice us and withdrawal over $600 in addition to the 30 day notice that we should not have had to pay due to the deplorable conditions. Please, do yourself a favor and do not enroll your children at this day care.,,,even if you have to drive a little further or pay a little more (which is what we are doing now). My daughter is in a lovely facility now and hasn't been sick once in her first month.

My kids have gone to Primrose School of Lawrenceville North for about a year now. Recently, Brandi, the director of the school just up and quit. Ever since then the school has been 'lead' by the owner, Felicia, whom is never actually AT the school. Meanwhile, the new director has no responsibilities given to her, therefore, she can never answer your questions. Can't work the billing system and always has to refer to Felicia whom never gets back with you. Simply put she is not an active owner and that makes a HUGE difference. The lack of communication and leadership has been astounding. My husband and I feel as though we have been lied to, avoided, and simply disrespected. We are currently in the process of withdrawing our children and moving our child care ASAP!

My son attended pre-k at Primrose last year. The curriculum is great, the teachers and administrators are wonderful. Both he and I miss this lovely school now that he is in kindergatin
