        Overall

        Pick up from our house to the airport was fine, but pick up from the airport to our house was a different story... Service was NONEXISTENT. We waited 15 mins for our driver at the location he claimed he would meet us at, but after a period of just standing there, we called to check up on the status of our driver. Nothing...



        No one from Limo Quest picked up or returned our call for another 15 mins... And by that time, we had already hailed a cab from the airport. Time is money! Limo Quest eventually called back and we explained that we couldn't wait any longer and had left the airport already since our driver was ABSENT. (No message on the phone or anything to say he had arrived at the airport, but left). All Limo Quest said was, "okay" and hung up.



        The next morning, Limo Quest called to say they were going to charge us for the second pick up service!!... Which did NOT happen at all! 1) the company should have left us a message saying they had waited at the airport and would return on us calling back. 2) they should have informed us they were going to charge us some sort of cancellation fee at the time of the call!! I spent the morning arguing with the representative and he hung up with me claiming he had a call on another line, but would call back. I'm still waiting. Customer service as well as reliable drivers from this company is nonexistent.



        Limo Quest can't be completely relied on for quality customer service. If a company states they will pick you up to and from the airport, I expect them to deliver on that service. I will never use this company again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone else... Unless they want poor customer service.
