Gwinnett Physicians Group OB/GYN

I saw Crystal at Gwinnett Physicians Group GYN and it was the best experience I've ever had in a doctors office. For the first time in a long time I felt that there was a medical professional that genuinely cared about my health. She was thorough and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

Incredibly frustrated with this place. I love the midwives, but the office staff cannot seem to return calls or give you information. I got a call saying I needed to see a fetal specialist, but no one is answering to tell me why after numerous voicemails. Office staff isnt very friendly or helpful.

I don't like this place for one they say no kids allowed but I have she people bringing they kids in there and also don't tell u much info about your health at all

This place is very unprofessional. The nurse who is in charge of answering the phone is rude and cold hearted. Not everyone has the luxury of being able to afford insurance and to some people $60 isn't pocket change. I never signed up for Dr. Sutandi to be my obgyn the ER just randomly told me he was going to be the doctor. No one told me how much each visit was going to cost and that $60 was required. To treat someone going through an Ectopic Pregnancy like the way that lady who calls herself a nurse is ridiculous. How are you a doctor or a nurse if all you care about is your stupid $60 and not a patient's life.

I do NOT recommend this facility. They are very nonchalant when treating patients. They do not take the patient's condition seriously and they do not provide enough information during appointments. They act like you should know what to expect and what to do when life threatening symptoms develop. My wife has been hospitalized 5 times and I feel that there is so much more the midwives, nurses, and doctors could have done to prevent this. They would not write her prescriptions for a long enough period in between visits and this led to ER trips over and over. I will be contacting the powers that be and reporting this behavior and I am not alone. I have spoke to several people that feel the same way and something must be done to improve this. You are not only risking the baby's life, but the mother's life as well!!!
