Service Guard

Dishwasher went on the fritz. Have seen lots of advertising for Service Guard so gave them a call. First they are not a stand alone repair company they are a branch of the utility Black Hills Energy, as the name implies above. When you reach an agent they ask all kinds of information to identify you because you already have an account with them, ok so far so good. Here's the kicker, my husband opened this account 40 years ago and they won't even make an appointment to come to the physical address they have on file without talking to him. So ladies if you a widowed, divorced, or your husband is traveling or sick in the hospital don't bother calling these folks they are still living in the 1950's.
