Refers to Crown Volkswagon--same location. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! DO NOT REPAIR YOUR CAR HERE!! I visited Lawrence and have a VW. I took it to their shop to repair a problem with my AC. A local friend brought me there. He regrets it. They charged mroe than $2000 for services I do not think I needed; damaged my car; refused to show me the parts that were replaced; then lied to my credit company. The service manager John admitted that the technician made a mistake and his Manager Tom lied to American Express, then refused to let his employees speak to AmEX or his customers. There are a number of reasons why I suspect they discriminated against us and lied to us. Ripping us off is the top reason. Based on recent research of scams by garages, I believe there are others. PLEASE LISTEN TO MY WARNING: do not trust this place!!! They are likely to rip you off and lie about it.

Bought a loaded 07 Silverrado new from this dealership. The service department is the most incompetent I have ever experienced. Safety recall notice on this vehicle in Oct 08, it is now 1/09 still no parts available. one part warranty work needed. Part order on 10/28/08, still no part available on 1/14/09. The work that was done was so sloppy I would have thought they did it in the backyard under a tree. This is not what I expect on a $42,000 pickup. Would never buy a vehicle from these people again.
