Wow! Duane and his team are awesome! We had the best experience ever and we appreciate honesty, customer service, good ethics. We had an overhaul to a transmission and Duane went above and beyond to make sure it was right. We had a few hiccups but in the end it was all good. We can't say enough of how we would go there and do business in the future. It's not always easy to find good, honest, efficient mechanics that do a great job. Atsi took very good care of our 1983 Mercedes 300D turbo diesel and replace the rear trans axle, fixed a major fuel leak and replaced many gaskets. They were honest and used new parts instead of old, junk yard parts. It's been over a week and the car is running better than it did when we took it in. They suggested another place for us to get other repairs, namely diesel related needing to be done in the future. They were kind and courteous and unlike some repair shops who told us our car was a piece of junk. When the engine repairs get completed and if we need transmission repairs or replacement, we will used them again in the future.

Have you ever been to a shop that treated you and respected your vehicel better than them. No I don't think so. They are the best and will probably be the best for years to come. No one can match there unbelievable service!!!

I don't know who this "Judy" is but everyone know that some people just can't be pleased. ATSI is ,without question, one of the most trustworthy, curtious, thorough and knowledgable auto shops I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. That's no hype either. It's not often I place my full trust in anyone when it comes to my wallet but Duane and his crew have never been anything short of staight forward, honest and professional with me and my vehicle needs. I bring any and all of my service and repair issues to ATSI and refer all of my friends and family to them too. I live in Topeka and the quality of service and peace of mind knowing i'm not getting the wool pulled over my eyes is worth the time and trip 10 fold.

The people at ATSI have been nothing but amazing to me - and I agree with the last poster, they're especially wonderful towards young women like me who know nothing about cars! They did not try to rip me off in the slightest, and in fact were exceptionally helpful in explaining my car problems to me and getting them fixed for a low price in a timely matter. I only go to ATSI for my car needs now - they are amazing people! I would recommend them to anyone!
