I had a terrible experience with these people. The owner is nice and he is probably unaware of the problem because his *employee* is the problem. I am placing the review to warn others so that they can avoid the disappointment I had. I will tell everyone I know not to do business there.

I'm thinking about reversing my credit card charge.
No service- didn't live up to the promises made. Thats why I think about reversing the charge, because I lived up to MY end of the deal. Since they didn't maybe I shouldn't.
