Danko Gas Service

They are the most ignorant people. Rude on the phone, and totally unprofessional. I have never had the tanks filled before running out. When you call to find out when the might deliver they scoff and act like they are doing you some favor by even providing you a service. I will no longer be using your services. Come and pick up your tanks.

I call danko yesterday at 10 am asking for my gas tank to be filled. So I waited all day yesterday for someone to come out and no one. So I call today and asked if someone was coming and the lady told me no. I said what I called yesterday she said I know u did but I'm not always down there. Then she said she will try to get someone to come out. She also asked if I'm totally out of gas I said bot yet but by the end of the day I will be. She said what does the gage say I said 0. So what I got to be totally out of gas for someone to come fill it. Well this is the 3rd time I'm dealing with them. And the 1st time was to have a block removed from the previous tenant. Then I took over the trailer. And we called and someone was suppose to call before they came out cause we weren't staying there at the time cause there was no heat. And Noone called before they came out so we missed them. And then last month we called and the lady said we needed the money right there and then even though there receipts say we have 15 days to pay.so I had to go almost a week with no gas until I got the money up. But even then was a waiting game we called in and Noone came so finally the next day someone came after calling about 3 times. And we were freezing. So I think it's time for me to switch. Ecspecially after this time. The lady said it will be taken care of yesterday and I sat until 5:30 PM waiting from. 10 until 5:30 waiting for someone to come. And to find out when I called today Noone is coming out still what kind of bull is this. Then I don't know if someone will be here or not cause she said she will see if she can get someone here. I am so mad I thought for sure someone will be here today. And then she answers the phone danko gas and then says she's not always down there. We'll in the mean time were going to run out of gas cause of her. I called before we totally ran out and then im.goi go run out cause she never put the order in how nice.
