Had my 1st service on 19 May by tech Theodore Richter. Arrived on time as promised and was completely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain everything he would be doing, methodically took his time applying the product and performing other eradication tasks, and then informed my what he had done, what he observed about my property, and provided additional service and recommendations based on it. Ted R. Treated my property particularly focusing on ticks and fleas due to owning 2 kitties. Ted thoroughly explained the process using granules then spray to sufficiently rid the pest I was concerned about. He was very articulate, polite and professional.
