Not exactly sure about the other review...my experience was much different. The 2 women greeted me, both very pleasant and did not follow me around or pester me. I asked a few questions and the older of the two ladies was very knowledgeable. I scheduled an appointment to have an exhaust system, air cleaner and to have larger jets installed. My ride was ready when he promised and it runs better than ever! I will get my work done here as long as I own one!

Ok, now PLEASE & I repeat PLEASE keep in mind folks this review is solely my option. When I arrived I was greeted by a VERY nice & polite young lady & a few minutes later again by a VERY nice & polite older woman. I felt very welcomed & was left to browse not being asked every 5 min or so if I needed help or was it finding everything ok, that was refreshing. Any questions that I did have they were on the ball with an answer & seemed very knowledgeable. Finally, a shop where they know the motorcycle industry & they won't try to shaft me was my thoughts. After a question that stumped both of the ladies behind the counter out came Kirk, another polite face. But that was about it to be truthful, what an idiot. He has absolutely no clue on how to work on a motorcycle let alone a bicycle. He was giving me answers to my questions off his iPad that he had googled right in front of me. I thought to myself you have got to be kidding me, someone gave this man a business license & let's him wrench on something so delicate that one little mistake and someone could loose a limb or worse their life??? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE people if you value your life or your loved ones life have a certified motorcycle mechanic perform any repair or maintenance to you or your loved ones bike, not an A1 led installer. This has become a huge problem these days with TV shows hyping up an image for ratings. All of a sudden everyone thinks they are a bike builder smh.........
