        Overall

        I felt like I was sitting in a car dealership and that they were asking me if I wanted the undercoating or if I wanted to add the extended warranty. It was 100% about the up-sell.



        I have dealt with Palm for years, and they always had a heart, now, it is 100% about the money and only the money. This is truly a sad state of affairs, unless you are looking to spend a fortune, find another home to care for your families needs,

        The services are done to satisfaction. However the up keep can be very annoying missing vases, flowers, and flags. Or the moving of the vases, flowers, and flags of your loved on to someone else's loved ones area.
