Mom & Pops Cleaners

I took a pair of pants to be hemmed and since the seamstress was not available, one of the employees helped me. I showed him the length I wanted the legs to be shorted which he marked with a safety pin. When I picked up the pants, it was not the length I specified and I asked them to redo it without charge since the mistake was on their part. They shortened the pants but charged me again for it telling me it was my fault even though I told them that it was the employee who marked the pants incorrectly. I contacted BBB for a complaint but Mom & Pop's refused to address the issue. Needless to say, I would not recommend this business because they are unwilling to resolve issue.
