        They are jerks I came in wanted to trade in 4 items to get a ps4 pro and I told them I already know own what I want and they literally told me we don't have time. You are a game store and you are open so how don't you have time for some trade ins, manager said we have to whipe the console and it takes hours, ok well it's not like you are physically whiping the console you just click a few on a few settingseconds and it does it by its self, horrible customer service
