After 17 years of local pond companies hard selling a replacement pond/waterfall pump every time my pump malfunctioned and always after warranty expiration, I reached out to Nextdoor.com and the reviews poured in for Paul Des Roches, Complete Pond Care. Paul is a “fixer” and not a salesman. He quickly identified and corrected the problem at a fraction of the cost of a new pump. And patiently walked me through the steps to maintain my pump. Paul is the BEST!

He came out and we agreed on price and i am so happy i went with him. Now my fish are healthy, pond is clear and clean and he saved me a lot of money. We had Paul reconfigure our pond filtration system last year and are completely satisfied with everything he did. We were using chemicals and since our filtration system was not doing its job the pond water was not healthy. Paul created an ecosystem that is almost maintenance free (no chemicals) and we love it! If you need anything for your pond, we would very highly recommend Paul.

We have been very happy with our pond service with Paul for over 8 years. He brought us flowering pond plants that are wonderful and bloom every year. Our pond water was dirty (swampy) when we first met Paul and expensive to keep up with. It was getting worse each year and started to smell. He suggested that we have the pond cleared of all rocks and gravel off the bottom and sides as the main reason for the problem, and make it possible to keep it clean.



We have not used any chemicals since we met Paul and we unplugged our ultraviolet light filter as he suggested, as this was also not necessary and also very expensive to operate (bulbs were $60 per year). Our water is perfectly clear now 365 days a year and no leaves on the bottom to look at. He does a wonderful job! You should hire him!

I have had Paul out many times to my pond and his service is always great. He is friendly and on time and he has transformed our pond into a real masterpiece. He brought in plants and taught us how to keep our pond clean without using any chemicals. Everything is running fine and it is very peaceful.
