Ruby's Tree Service

Ruby said she would come by to make an estimate but she never showed up. Very unprofessional. Not a good way to run a business.

I called and the lady was very rude to me and asked me what I wanted and I said I needed trees moved she said we don't do that and hung up on me.very rude lady

I had used Ruby for 3 years. great prices and generally showed when she said they would.

I called to set up another appointment and she never shower or called. Made another appoint ment still no show. I called her one day later to s3e what was going on. But never heard back from her.I looked on line to find someone else , and I did. But Ruby also had an Ad posted 3 days after she was to be at my house.

The new Company came out today and I am very happy with them so far. Then Ruby called while the new company is here, and wants to come now, not even a call before hand or an explanation. I will never use them again.

The price was very reasonable and the work was done as explained for the most part. Some of the quip meant leaked a lot of oil and was left for me to clean up. I was told they would be back to remove a stump, but they have never returned to do so. I'm disappointed in that and the oil leakage, but other than that, they did a good job at a fair price.

They responded to my call promptly and negotiated a workable price. When they removed the tree, the wood was very nicely stacked in the yard and the stump grinding was raked over. I was very pleased and would highly recommend them.
