Omega Express

This cab company is VERY unprofessional! I arranged for a ride to work. They told me that my cab would arrive at 5:25 for my 6 am shift. At 5:40, I began calling to see what was going on. They refused to answer my call or respond to any of my text messages. They never showed up or called with any explanation. I called I-CAB. They had a driver to me within 15 minutes. Dealing with this company made me late to work. I will never deal with them again. Save your self a head ache and call I-CAB!!!!

I had the absolute BEST experience with this company! Not only were they early to my scheduled appointment from LAN, they came in and carried out my luggage and also brought up to my room when we arrived at my hotel I was staying at for the weekend. I will be coming into Lansing every other weekend for work and I will NOT ever choose any other cab company besides this one. They are so professional and go above and beyond. They opened my doors, carried my luggage, had bottled water in the car (which was free) and always wearing a smile. Clean and nice cars, nice drivers and always good conversation. If you are in Lansing; visiting or living, I highly suggest using Omega! 10/5 Stars!
