Jet's Pizza

I was very surprised to read the negative reviews. Maybe they were created when they first came to town. I order from Cedar St and have never had a prob. I absolutey love their pizza! Deep Dish Amazing!! With the economy being the way it is and every other pizza place having to lower their prices, it sure says a whole lot for Jets to not have to.

Two co-workers and I ordered a pizza 17 days ago! We still don't have it! After about 15 phone calls to the managers and 6 days, the owner Jim left me a message that he would talk to the manager and driver that night and get back to me the next day. I never heard from him again. I have also called corporate 2 times. I waited outside work for 40 minutes in the sleet for this pizza. I called the store back last week to be told the owner was out of town and another message would be left for him. When I started to complain that they only needed to give us our pizza this is crazy they are making it so complicated, the MANAGER told me "Stop calling here, he will call you back! I'm tired of you calling here! We don't even want your business!" Which is fine. They will NEVER have my business again!! Jim who owns this store also owns the Frandor store!

I'd rate more than 5 stars but it wouldn't let me. I've had it delivered once and the only reason it was late was they were really busy and they were running short on drivers. They said they were sorry and offered a free pizza. I think this and the Frandor location are the two best.

Jet's pizza is usually good, but this location is poor. They told us 45 minutes but it took over an hour and when it got here it was cold and smooshed. I complained, so they gave me credit for a free pizza, but I just called them up and their delivery time was 1:15, which means 1:45. Forget that.
