I will never use this station again.

A woman came in with her music blaring. I asked her to turn it down and instead she blared it even lpouder. Other customers pulled into station to get gas also complaining. One of the I assue managers, who had been inside at the counter, was outside I yelled over to h im to please have her turn it down. He ignored me.

He then was walking closer and again I said please have her turn that down and he ignored me and pointed and smiled at her. (Maybe they knew each other? )

The woman and I had words, no one came out. I turned away from her but she continued to yell at me and including many obscenities and hand and finger gestures.

After she finally left I went in and told manager that he should have come out to tell her to turn it down since it was very loud and bothering other customers.

He told me "I am not the law" and so could not do anything. I told him it was his business or he was at least the manager and that it was his job. He again said a few times, "I am not the law." I told him it was his job and that not only would I not be returning but I would go online and let others know about how he was not taking car of his customers. He said he did not care.

This is the kind of behavior that shows total disregard for customers and the business.
