Under the leadership of Roosevelt Pitts, a well known skillful mason expert, P & P Masonry Construction has had the opportunity to work with Urban Masonry, Allied Masonry, Allied Construction, Norair Engineer/Construction and many others. Projects include the University of Maryland - College Park; Glen Arden Recreation center; many projects for WSSC; a host of McDonalds located in in WashingtonDC, Maryland, and Virginia; and many others. In addition, P & P Masonry Construction provides brick masonry for many condominiums in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. We recently completed a condominium development located at 1610 11th Street, NW Washington, DC.         If i could leave a negative review i would!!!! ROBIN PITTS IS THE WORST PERSON TO
        DO BUISNESS WITH! We have been going back and forth for over 4 weeks simply trying to secure a home that she was in charge of leasing. They ignored my calls, they ignored my emails, they refused to provide me with upper management information after the it all fell through. STAY AWAY FROM BP MASONRY!!

        We explained to Robin in our very first telephone conversation that we needed to provide our current lease holder a letter stating that we would be leaving 60 days prior to our lease renewal date. She pretended to understand and led us to believe that this was the typicle run of the mill application process to retain a home. We paid the fee the next day after speaking with her on April 18 2018, for the next 2.5 weeks she claimed she “the documentation that we scanned about 5-6 times, email to her over 7 times” was illegible. After finally getting the documents she “needed to verify employment and all that. It took her an additional 2 week to NOT complete that. Here we are now 6 days from our notification date with still no answeres! I’v been calling all day and none of my called where answered. So i decided to call from a different number and guess who answered!!!! Ohh they where there!!!! Upon speaking to her, she told me that she would refund my app fee that was paid over a month ago. And then continued to get smart and extremely condescending!!! We have used so much time and energy on trying to obtain this property that now we are left with 6 days!! She is inconsiderate, worst customer service EVER!!!

        STAY AWAY FROM BP MASONRY AND ESPECIALLY ROBIN PITTS!!!
