The younger of the 2 men that came was rude and unprofessional. He yelled at/ belittled the older gentleman right in front of me. He also thought it was ok to have 2 phone conversations in my garage while he was supposed to be working. One of them consisted of him singing " I just called to say I love you". The other phone call was the guy yelling at the person on the phone about a customer complaint from the prior day. He also asked for a drink ( which I found a little unprofessional), then about 20 min later took it upon himself to refill his cup without even asking!!! He also left me door wide open ( it was around 40° outside) for about 40 min! Overall a poor experience, would not recommend them!
