these people are a cancer to our society, they are money grabbing scoundrels who in the backroom chear how many people they screwed that day ... low lives who tow your car if you are not careful, predators of the worst kind ... they charged me $229 for 11 miles tow!!!!!

I was very happy with my towing service. Fast and reliable service. Very courteous.

20 years in business and some one eventually is not going to be happy... In reference to this last comment there was a complete misunderstanding of a tow destination between two people giving two different tow destinations. After the wrong tow destination incident talking with the wife, laughing at times, we rectified the situation. It is unfortunate that we received a bad review when all is not 100% satisfied, and is not our wrong doing.

I am furious about the way Raul treated me on their mistake. I thought I gave them the wrong address when they actually delivered my vehicle to the wrong location. He rudely told me he will fix it and hung up on me. Terrible customer service and this person should be fired!

I am very displeased with the way the manager dealt with my situation in trying to find my vehicle. I apologized for any attitude given to him after going threw frustration and he was rude and was raising his voice to me. I understand that I made a mistake but did not deserve to be treated like this. If you deal with them make sure you are with the car at all times and keep all documents in case of any issues that can arise.

Chris helped me out by replacing my flat tire with the spare tire and towing my car to the dealership. I greatly appreciate how quickly R&J Towing responded to my call. The other service I called this morning has not return my call, so next time I know I will call R&J first.

Bad business - towed my sons car on a Thursday after a serious accident - when my son called on Monday to get his car they wanted over $700 from him to get his car back!! Their reason was because it was there over 2 days even though they were closed over the weekend!! They charged him impound fees when he was not able to contact them on Friday the day he was recovering from his accident. This is bad business not to mention highway robbery and most of the towing companies are getting a really bad reputation in our community for this kind of behavior! Appalling!! He had to leave them his car that was totaled and still pay over $400!!! Not acceptable!!

The tow truck driver was great! He was professional and so nice. I had my daughter with me and he gave her his jacket to wear because she was cold. He looked so tired, but, was still considerate and told me he had 3 little girls of his own. His name was Tim ( I think) and he made sure we were safe. Thanks!
