We visited the Dr Satey today in Palmdale. I was impressed with the Dr. But the ladies that work at the front desk, answer calls, and do the hight and weight are extremely rude. As soon as we walked in the lobby we felt unpleasant with the attitude of the 2 women at the front desk. And it got worst. We were quickly escorted to our room and we could tell the women asking us about our daughter was doin a total routine. Which is ok if u have a smile on your face. The visit was in believable. I can't understand why a doctor would allow that to occur right under his nose. Hopefully someone important reads this and hires new employees.
