Mistakes within the office of billing. They will say they bill but then turn in the bill to a collection agency without giving you the opportunity to pay. If you use this office, please make sure to call them if there might be a bill.



Also make sure to get names and perfect notes as they tend to shift responsibility to each other. Kenia sent me to Rachael, Rachael back to Kenia, Kenia again to Dr. Feller and so on, putting up road blocks to buy a house!

I am a current patient of Dr. Feller and after my initial visit I decided to check him out before surgery. I read the only review listed and felt that I needed to respond to it. The review is over 2 years old and that receptionist no longer works for Dr. Feller. The current receptionist is a very warm and caring person as is nurse. They both go out of their way to make a patient feel comfortable and to allay their fears. The previous review talked only about the receptionist which was not about the doctor at all. I must say that Dr. Feller is knowledgeable, reassuring, compassionate, and an excellent doctor.. He has been in the business for over 25 years and has remained current with new trends, yet not accepting new fads that may not be the best for his patients.

After waiting 2 months on a wait- list to see Dr. Feller, his receptionist turned me away twice upon arrival for my appointments. The receptionist claims I did not have proper documentation, which was untrue. The receptionist was unreasonably rude and quick to turn me away without question. In 28 years of receiving healthcare from around the world, this awful experience was a first. Their unfriendly nature and unwillingness to help patients is apalling. In fact, I sat in Feller's waiting room and described the situation to my provider, over the telephone. In turn, my provider contacted Feller's receptionist, for further investigation. Feller's receptionist refused to honor my 2nd appointment because she was offended by the escalated situation. She stated clearly, even if they had received proper documentation, she would no longer allow me to see the doctor. I was utterly shocked, especially after waiting on a list for so long. This is a podiatry clinic, not Ft. Knox. Clearly, Feller and his staff lack professionalism and experience in quality healthcare. If you visit this clinic, expect to find an irrational desk clerk ready to pounce .Its my recommendation to seek other specialists in the area and avoid their clinic. In 28 years of witnessing various healthcare providers, this is by far the worst I've ever visited. The receptionist should be out of a job for treating customers the way she does.
