Bob Evans Restaurant

I eat out for breakfast every Sunday for about 3 years now. I use to only eat at Bob Evans, until I moved to Lakewood last year. I tried eating at this one. They never get the order right. I order pickup and there is always something missing. They even charged me twice. So I stopped going there. Once they had pretty much a new staff I tried them again and continued to be disappointed. They burn the chocolate chip pancakes, they still forget things in the bag, and when I pick up the order on time the food seems like it's been sitting there for a while. I am really hoping they turn things around or I will continue to eat somewhere else. They are losing a customer of a lifetime. I wish I lived by the brookpark rd one still because they actually have there stuff together.

I have only gone to this bob evans in the evenings but my husband and I have experienced great service everytime. Food was great and service was great. Never even had to ask for a refill and my server new the menu well. Let's just say I will be coming back again soon.

12-5-14: The worst service ever; the slowest service ever; cold food that even butter would not melt obviously, because the food was cold;

not even 'how was everything today'?'; no manager to be found. would never recommend again and this was our third try. has only gone downhill. sorry lakewood
