APS Home Inspection

The people from APS were not able to do the inspection I needed so instead of just saying sorry the gentleman I spoke to took the time to explain the laws for inspections in Ohio and gave me several numbers for companies that could provide me the inspection I needed. If their home inspections are half as professional as they were in assisting me I highly recommend them.

My first home inspector left me dissatisfied, so I was in the market to try someone new. I found APS Home Inspection on YP in addition to checking other online review sources. Needless to say, I was not disappointed! I was able to look at sample inspections online and it seemed like a good fit for the type of report I was looking for.



I was able to quickly schedule a home inspection, despite everyone's busy holiday schedules. Michael was professional, personable, and very thorough. He explained each of his findings in a way that was easily understood (if technical), and not at all condescending. True to his website's claim, I received my detailed report the same night in addition to a detailed PDF with annotated pictures from the inspection.
